Commission: Mists of Eternity Chapter 3 Another blurry vision.
"Flora," the voice called.
Her brilliant blue eyes opened, the lids slowly uncovering the scene before her.
It was always like this, always the same picturesque valley. Always the same beautiful woman, smile on her lips and in her bright emerald eyes.
"I've been waiting for you, Flora," she said, her smile suddenly fading as the darkness came.
This wasn't right.
This wasn't how it happened.
It wasn't supposed to be like this.
Suddenly, she wasn't so beautiful. No, she was still lovely, but the smile that normally lit up her face was gone and she appeared weak. Oh so weak and powerless against the coming darkness. She was fragile. So fragile she looked like she could break at any moment and here Flora was, unable to do anything but blink in astonishment that the blackness that was not meant to be there.
Not this soon.
It never came this soon.

Their host looked thoughtful as he brought his hands together, his fingers entwining. Neither of the two guest wanted to interrupt his thoughts however there were many questions they both wanted answered. Daniel could barely stand another moment of this and decided he would be the one to break the silence.
"Excuse me, but, could you please explain to us what's going on here?"
Walitug blinked, as if coming back to himself, before nodding slowly, "Ay, yes I apologize. You see, squire, I had only excepted this lovely lady's arrival. I had not accounted for two of ye."
'Ugh, why does this guy have to be so confusing when he talks?' Daniel couldn't help thinking. However, Flora was not as bothered by his speech as much as she was by the implication of his words.

The metal had been perfectly scrubbed and seemed to shimmer even in the dull lights of the radio station's small recording studio. Fingers lovingly traced beautifully craved engravings. The piece, like all of the ones that sat in front of the man, had been well taken care of. However, this one in particular had obviously been shown the most care over the years.
"Will you please describe what this is for the audience?" she asked, giving an encouraging smile to the man before her. It was clearly the first time he had been interviewed for radio, however she didn't mind. She was used to leading a guest in questioning, and often told her more nervous guests to just act as though the two were just having a conversation. It was her job to make the guest feel comfortable whilst also letting the audience feel as though they themselves were part of the discussion.
